Shipping Policy

During MVP, CFTH ships within the United States only (the 50 states, DC, and supported territories). We do not ship internationally yet. If an address turns out to be undeliverable by our fulfillment partner, we will contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination address as max(carrier’s actual rate, USD 8.90) — a single, simple rate rather than several options to choose from. Orders of USD 100 or more ship free.

Framed prints and posters take about 4–7 business days to produce, followed by roughly 7–14 days in transit. These are estimates and may be affected by the product, the fulfillment location, the carrier, holidays, and events beyond our control.

Once your order ships, the tracking number is synced from Printful to CFTH. This sync can take from a few hours up to one business day — this is normal, and we do not promise a fixed tracking-sync SLA.

• When the tracking number is available, we email you and update your order details.
• If your order shows “Shipped · tracking pending”, your item is already on its way and the number simply hasn’t been written to the system yet — please check back rather than treating it as a problem.
• If more than 3 business days pass after shipping with no tracking email, please contact support.

Framed items ship in dedicated protective packaging. Large sizes (such as 24×36) use special packaging and may need an extra 1–2 days to pack. During MVP we do not offer gift wrapping and do not charge any gift-wrap fee.

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 14 days of delivery for a free reshipment or refund. If the carrier marks a parcel delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help file a claim. See the Refund Policy for details.

Domestic US shipments are not subject to customs duties. International shipping is not offered during MVP.

You can ask us to change your shipping address any time before the order enters production. Once an order is in production, the address can no longer be changed.
