Terms of Service

CFTH (comesfromtheheart) is operated by LI TING, a sole proprietor based in Japan (“we”, “us”). We help you turn your photos into custom pet and family keepsakes, produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners such as Printful. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us.

You need an account to place an order. You must provide a real, working email address and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may upload photos only to create your own keepsake. You represent and warrant that you hold the lawful rights to every photo you upload.

You may not upload or request content that:

• depicts other people without their consent, or public figures / celebrities;
• infringes intellectual property, including branded characters or IP;
• is violent, adult, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

We may run automated quality and safety checks on uploads and may decline or remove content that violates these rules.

Product options and prices are shown on each product page and settled in US Dollars (USD). The final amount is confirmed by server-side recalculation at checkout. Once you lock a product variant, your design is tied to that variant.

Each creation session is valid for 7×24 hours from the moment it is created and does not roll over. Unfinished, unpaid drafts may expire after this window.

Your daily free generations are limited. Subjective regenerations — changing style or photo by your own choice — are billed at USD 0.50 per generation. Regenerations required because of a platform error are free.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details. You are charged immediately when your order is confirmed. If a price or availability error is detected on recalculation, we will inform you before completing the order.

For physical orders, after your print file is ready you must give your final confirmation within 48 hours.

The exact deadline and time zone are shown on your order details and are binding.

Digital products become available to download after your final confirmation, through an authenticated link with a limited validity period. Digital deliverables are for your personal use; large-scale commercial redistribution is not permitted.

Refund handling depends on order type and status. Please see our Refund Policy for the full rules, including quality issues, subjective regenerations, and the 48-hour auto-refund.

The service and AI-assisted results are provided on a commercially reasonable basis; we do not promise an exact or “100% identical” likeness. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including war, natural disaster, or outages of major service providers. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 7 days’ notice by email or an on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
