Shipping is free to the United States and Japan, and there are no design fees on top.

Yes, up to 18x24 inches. Every selected design is upscaled to roughly 3,584 x 4,800 pixels, which works out to about 299 DPI at 12x16 inches and 199 DPI at 18x24. Anything that would print below 150 DPI is blocked at checkout rather than shipped, which is exactly why we do not sell a 24x36 size.

Your digital file is a watermark-free PNG of roughly 3,584 x 4,800 pixels, downloadable an unlimited number of times from your order page. It holds about 299 DPI at 12x16 inches and about 306 DPI on A3, so those are the sizes to aim for. Printing it yourself, including at a print shop, is explicitly allowed.
